Integrated E-Complain Settlement System And Governance transparency
Complain-Draw notice before authority for justification of any private or Government concern comply with laws, system and procedure is complain.
Authority-Authorized to come force the law or ethical practice physically to establish humanity, justice and liberty in every field of society is authority.
But repulsion intelligence always wants make discrimination or deviate in every field of world wide society in day to day transaction both from authority and public side, and crating injustice, exploitation, manipulation, humiliation and violence etc.
In every field of society – In day to day transaction so many complain are being raised , and automatically suppressed due to lack of sufficient scope of complain settlement system. Therefore integrated e-complain system to be developed to make more transparency of governance system along with give more justification and peace to public.
Quick complain settlement procedure-
A-A code number of complain (like –SD 458793) will be issued to complainer immediately electronically.
A-Authority of concern department (Government or private) shall take action immediately or within a stipulated period as per case urgency, complain or grievance settlement period will be described in Govt. or private work culture ,and its’ highlighted electronically in every office..
B-Essence of settlement of complains will acquaint to higher authority of concern department and Governments’ third agency (neutral enquiry department both state and central Government) within settlement period.
C-Third Agency of Government both state and central will interference the non-settlement complains after stipulated settlement period if dissatisfaction raised by complainer against solution through code number or feel discrimination.
D-Third agency also be resolve the problem or complain within stipulated period as per work culture, beyond that IIB will take action as per law.
E- If solution on complain of third agency of Government will not be resolved the complainer will go to IIB.
F-IIB will appoint a neutral enquiry committee and settle the complain in amicable way, but Government machinery will be punished if any one or more found guilty in complain settlement procedure.

G- Complainer will be facilitated to get information about complain under process or work process of any general official work electronically if one wants.
H-Complainer should maintain discipline and co-operate to authority in enquiry process.
I-False complainer will also be punished accordingly.
J-Complain file will be closed after getting written or electronical satisfection consent of complainer.
